The Siemens SIRIUS 3RH6911-1DA20 is a lateral auxiliary switch block designed for size S00 motor contactors and contactor relays. It provides 2 normally open (NO) instantaneous contacts via screw-type terminals, snapping onto the side of the contactor without increasing the panel's DIN-rail footprint — the block itself is only 10 mm wide.
This block carries a maximum thermal current of 10 A, but the real switching capacity depends on your control voltage. At 24 V DC it's rated 6 A; at 60 V DC it drops to 2 A; at 110 V DC you get 1 A; at 220 V DC it's 0.3 A. For AC-15 utilization (solenoid and contactor coil loads) the ratings are 10 A at 24 V, 4.7 A at 60 V, 3 A at 110 V, 1.2 A at 220 V, and 0.26 A at 600 V. The 690 V AC-15 rating is 1 A. These are the numbers that determine if the block will hold in on your specific control circuit — don't use the 10 A max as a blanket limit.
Mechanical endurance and contact reliability
The block is rated for 10 million mechanical switching cycles typical.
Panel integration
Snap-on mounting to the side of a size S00 contactor. No DIN rail space consumed beyond the contactor itself. Screw terminals accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) with core-end processing, or 2x (20 to 16) or 2x (18 to 14) AWG.
