22.5 mm AS-i analog output slice
The Siemens 3RK1107-0BG00-2AA2 is a Slimline Compact I/O module for control cabinet use, part of the AS-i SC22.5 family. It provides two analog outputs in a 22.5 mm wide housing, 100 mm tall and 120 mm deep, fitting standard DIN-rail panels where cabinet depth is the constraint. It operates as a standard AS-Interface slave with profile S-7.3.5, supporting the AS-Interface protocol natively. The slave address is set via a front addressing socket; the factory-default ID1 code is F and is changeable.
Analog output range and resolution
The two analog outputs cover a wide signal range: 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, ±20 mA, 1 to 5 V, 0 to 10 V, and ±10 V, with 12-bit A/D resolution. The output variable is parameterizable, and the symmetrical temperature error is 0.01 %/K relative to the output range. An auxiliary external feed (AUX POWER) of 20 to 30 V DC is required to supply the output circuits, complying with IEC 60990 (PELV), protection class III. The auxiliary feed can supply up to 4 A total for the outputs. The output circuits can be powered either from the AS-Interface bus or from the auxiliary supply (U_AUX). When powered via AS-i Power24V, the module supports it and draws a maximum of 200 mA at 24 V.
Mounting, wiring, and environmental limits
The module mounts via screw and snap-on onto a DIN rail. Connections to the inputs and outputs use spring-loaded terminals, accepting solid conductors from 0.5 to 1.5 mm² (single or paired) and finely stranded conductors with or without core-end processing. Protection class is IP20, suitable for clean, dry control cabinet environments. Operating temperature range is -25 to +70 °C, with storage from -40 to +85 °C. Shock resistance is rated at 15 g / 11 ms for modules alone, or 10 g / 11 ms with the device connector attached.
