The 3RK1107-1BQ40-0AA3: The module delivers 2 analog outputs (0 analog inputs) with a 12-bit resolution, configurable for 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, or ±20 mA ranges — each channel drives up to 24 mA into a 2-wire actuator. The output variable is parameterizable, so you can set the range per channel via the AS-i master without touching the wiring.
Mounting and connections — what ships in the carton
The module mounts on standard rail or wall using the K60 mounting plate (order code 3RK1901-0CA00, not included). The I/O connections are M12 screw-type sockets — 2 x M12 for the analog outputs. The AS-i bus connection uses the integrated profile conductors. Dimensions are 152 mm high, 60 mm wide, 29 mm deep — the K60 compact footprint fits alongside other K60 modules on the same mounting plate.
AS-i power budget and environmental limits
Operating voltage follows the AS-i specification at 26.5 to 31.6 V. The module draws a maximum of 160 mA from the profile conductors at 30 V — factor this into your AS-i power supply sizing. Rated IP67, so the module withstands washdown and wet environments. Ambient operating range is -20 to +60 °C; storage range is -40 to +85 °C.
