The Siemens 3RK1300-0JS01-0AA0 is an EM 300 DS electromechanical direct starter designed for the ET 200X distributed I/O system. It provides motor starting and overload protection for small motors up to 0.25 kW at 400 V in AC-3 duty, with a setting range of 0.7 to 1.0 A via a bimetal overload relay. The unit includes a 9-pole motor feeder and a 9-pole power connection, and communicates over PROFIBUS DP.
The 0.25 kW rating at 400 V AC-3 is the motor-switching capacity — it handles standard three-phase squirrel-cage motors up to that power.
