The 3RK1303-6ES81-3SA3: The ECOFAST R2SS control section mounts directly onto the ECOFAST backplane bus rail inside a control cabinet. It provides the PROFIBUS DPV1 connection for the entire ECOFAST segment — up to 16 motor starters or I/O modules per segment. The DPV1 profile supports acyclic parameter access alongside cyclic process data, which matters if you are commissioning drives that need parameter upload/download over the same bus cable. The section draws its supply from the ECOFAST backplane; no separate 24 V feed is required at the node.
