The Siemens 3RK1308-0CC00-0CP0 is a fail-safe direct-on-line starter packaged as a 4 via 3DI/LC module — meaning it combines four motor starter channels each with three digital inputs and a load circuit, all in a single 30 mm-wide base unit.
