It communicates over AS-Interface for start/reverse commands and status feedback, with two integrated inputs for local pushbuttons or sensors. The motor brake output handles a DC brake coil up to 500 V DC / 1 A, so it suits vertical-axis or high-inertia loads that need a holding brake.
