Supply and control voltages
The unit runs on a 24 VDC supply with a permissible range of 20.4 to 28.8 V, and the maximum allowable voltage is 31.6 V. Minimum operating voltage is 26.5 V — so if your DC bus sags below that under load, the starter may drop out.
Mounting is via screw fixing; the starter can be installed vertically, horizontally, or flat. Horizontal orientation is recommended. Vibration resistance is 7 mm / 2g, shock resistance 12g / 11 ms — suitable for machine-side mounting on conveyors or packaging equipment.
Dimensions and connectivity
The enclosure measures 294 mm wide, 215 mm high, and 159 mm deep. Main circuit connection uses a HAN Q4/2 plug per ISO 23570; device addressing is via M12 plug. The AS-Interface bus handles both power and communication, so no separate control wiring is needed for the network.
