SIRIUS direct starter with AS-Interface and IP65 enclosure
The Siemens 3RK1325-6LS41-2AA0 is a SIRIUS direct motor starter rated for 5.5 kW at 400 V, enclosed to IP65 for washdown environments. It communicates over AS-Interface and accepts a 24 V DC supply (20.4...28.8 V). Four digital inputs are available for local sensors or pushbuttons, and the trip class is field-selectable among CLASS 5, 10, 15, or 20 — so you can match the overload release to the motor's thermal time constant without swapping the block.
Mounting and panel fit
The unit measures 294 mm wide by 215 mm high by 159 mm deep and mounts via screw fixing in vertical, horizontal, or flat orientation. The IP65 enclosure means the starter can be mounted directly on the machine frame or in a field junction box without a separate cabinet — suitable for food-and-bev or washdown zones where panel space is tight.
