AS-i Compact Module for Distributed I/O
The Siemens 3RK1400-1BQ00-0AA3 is an AS-i compact module K60 that brings two digital inputs and two digital outputs directly onto the machine frame, saving a remote I/O cabinet. Each input sinks up to 200 mA, each output switches 2 A at 24 V DC — enough for small solenoid valves, indicator lamps, or sensor feedback loops. The IP67 housing and M12 standard sockets with Y assignment let it live on the machine without an enclosure; the mounting plate 3RK1901-0CA00 is ordered separately. Rated for 15 g / 11 ms shock, this module handles the vibration environment of a press, conveyor transfer station, or packaging machine without losing connection on the AS-i bus.
