Bus cable assembly for AS-Interface / IO-Link drops
The Siemens 3RK1902-1NC10 is a pre-terminated M12 bus cable assembly — angled M12 plug on one end, angled M12 socket on the other, 10 m length, 2-pole, with a molded strain relief and PUR sheath. It's the drop cable for AS-Interface or IO-Link segments where the connector axis needs to stay parallel to the mounting surface to clear panel doors or adjacent modules. Rated 60 V AC/DC maximum and 4 A per pin, which covers the typical sensor/actuator power bus on those networks. The 7.8 mm cable diameter and 0.64 mm inner conductor keep the bend radius tight enough for cable-carrier routing — 5 million bending cycles on the spec sheet.
Listed as current production. UL, CSA, and IEC approvals are all Yes; RoHS conformity confirmed. CCC and C-Tick are marked No — if your BOM requires those marks for the destination market, flag it at RFQ time. Cable designation is BUS: 1P24-19/2,55 02YS(ST)C11Y — a shielded twisted-pair data cable with tinned copper braid, polyethylene wire insulation, and a polyurethane outer sheath. The shield is populated on both sides, so the connector body provides the 360° termination at each end.
Integration notes
M12 x 1 thread locking. Angled outlet on both ends — the cable exits at 90° to the connector axis, which saves about 40 mm of depth compared to a straight plug in a junction box or IO-Link hub. The molded strain relief is integral; no separate boot or gland nut needed. Pollution degree 3 rated, so it's suited for industrial enclosures where conductive dust or occasional condensation is present. The PUR sheath resists mineral oil and grease conditionally — verify compatibility with the specific lubricants or coolants on your line.
