The Siemens 3RK1902-3BA00 is a 7/8" plug-in connector for 24 V control circuits — the kind you find on AS-Interface flat cable drops, distributed I/O modules, or valve manifold connections in washdown zones. It's a 5-pin male (pin) connector with screw terminals, rated for 9 A per pin and 250 V maximum, so it handles the power and signal side of a 24 VDC sensor/actuator loop without breaking a sweat. The IP67 rating applies in the inserted and screwed condition — meaning the seal holds when the mating half is torqued down properly. That makes it suitable for food-and-bev lines, washdown stations, or outdoor cabinet drops where a standard IP20 connector would wick moisture into the backplane.
9 A per pin is the ampacity limit. The 250 V maximum means it is not a line-voltage power connector. The angled cable outlet and 6–8.7 mm inlet diameter mean you route the cable at 90° to the connector axis — useful when the panel layout is tight and straight-out clearance is blocked. The pressure-screw and pinch-ring strain relief grips the cable jacket, not just the conductors, so vibration on a conveyor line won't work the terminations loose. Screw terminals accept up to 1.5 mm² flexible conductor. Contacts are brass with gold plating.
RoHS compliant. No UL, CSA, or IEC approval marks on this component.
