Connector Cable Assembly for Harsh Environments
The Siemens 3RK1902-3NB30 is a 7/8" connector cable assembly with an angled plug on one end and an angled socket on the other, both populated. It carries five cores in a polyurethane (PUR) sheath, rated IP67 for dust and temporary immersion — suitable for washdown zones on food-and-bev lines or outdoor conveyor sections where moisture ingress is a risk. The 3 m cable length (8.7 mm outer diameter) uses 5 x 1.5 mm² stranded conductors, giving a practical power-delivery path for a 5-pole 7/8" interconnect in a control cabinet or junction box.
The 7/8" thread interlock (common on North American-style quick-disconnects) mates with standard 7/8" receptacles on sensors, actuators, or distribution boxes. The angled outlet on both ends keeps the cable profile low against the panel or machine frame — useful in tight gland-plate layouts where a straight connector would create a bend-radius conflict. The molded strain relief and 5 million bending-cycle rating indicate a cable built for continuous flex in cable-track or robotic-dress-pack applications. Operating temperature range is -20 °C to 80 °C; storage extends from -25 °C to +80 °C.
