What it is and what it does
The Siemens 3RK1911-0BK30 is an ECOFAST motor connection line — a ready-made-up, double-sided cable assembly with 11 conductors of 1.5 sqmm each, terminated in HAN 10E connectors at both ends, and cut to a 5 m length. It's designed for wiring motor loads in distributed automation panels, particularly where ECOFAST quick-connect systems are used to reduce field wiring time and avoid terminal-block errors.
