Cable assembly for ECOFAST motor connections
The Siemens 3RK1911-0BV10 is a preassembled shielded motor connection cable from the ECOFAST family, terminated with a HAN 10E male connector on one side. The cable carries four 2.5 mm² conductors for motor power and four 0.75 mm² conductors for brake or feedback signals, all within a shielded jacket. The fixed 1.5 m length suits it for short-drop connections from a junction box or control cabinet to an ECOFAST-compatible motor or actuator in a distributed automation layout.
What the cable construction means on the line
The 4 x 2.5 mm² power cores handle the full-rated current of a small-to-medium ECOFAST motor (typically up to around 4–5.5 kW depending on ambient and routing), while the 4 x 0.75 mm² cores serve the holding brake or thermal sensor回路. The overall shield reduces EMI coupling in the motor cable run — important when the cable shares a cable tray with fieldbus or encoder lines. The HAN 10E male connector mates directly to the ECOFAST motor receptacle, so no field wiring or glanding is needed at the motor end; the panel end is unterminated for the installer to land in the drive or terminal box.
