SIRIUS MCU reversing starter for AS-Interface
Motor protection is solid-state with Trip Class 10. The operating voltage range is 340...460 V. The control supply is 20.4...26.4 V DC. Two digital inputs are onboard.
This reversing starter measures 205 mm deep, 290 mm wide, and 215 mm tall. It mounts on a vertical surface with ±180° rotation possible and can tilt forward/backward ±22.5° — useful for tight panel layouts where straight-on access is limited. IP54 protection means it is dust-protected and splash-resistant, suitable for dry indoor control panels or light industrial environments where occasional dust or water spray is present. Operating ambient temperature spans -25 to +50 °C.
Bus integration and protocol
AS-Interface is the sole fieldbus on this unit (PROFINET and PROFIBUS DP are not supported). The AS-Interface protocol is supported for communication, making this a drop-in node on an AS-i network for motor control. With low-demand rate per SN 31920 at 50% and high-demand rate at 75%, the unit is designed for operational frequencies up to 3,600 operations per hour.
