The 3RK4422-4PQ67-0BB3: The CLASS 10 trip class means it protects the motor during start-up without nuisance tripping on normal acceleration.

Ratings that decide the fit

Switching is solid-state via thyristors on 2 phases — no mechanical contacts to wear, but the thermal budget follows the load profile. Control supply is 20.4–26.4 V DC, and the unit draws its logic power from the AS-Interface bus. Two digital inputs are available for local start/stop or interlock signals. The enclosure is IP54 — fine for dry factory-floor cabinets but not for washdown zones.
