What the timer actually does on the line
The 3RP1505-1AQ30 is a SIRIUS multifunction time-delay relay that supports ON-delay, OFF-delay, additive ON-delay, and pulse-shaping functions in a single device, so one timer covers the common sequencing jobs (star-delta, cushion start, drop-out delay, pulse generation) without stocking four separate part numbers. Timing is adjustable across 0.05–100 s on a 1.1 full-scale / 0.85 initial-value scale; with a 150 ms recovery time and a 35 ms minimum ON period, the device resolves sub-second delays cleanly enough for coil drop-out and contactor sequencing.
Panel integration and wiring
Solid or stranded conductors from 20 to 14 AWG land in the front terminals — the standard SIRIUS wiring range that mates with the rest of the 3RP family and removes any special-tooling penalty on the build line.
