Timer functions for panel integration
The time range is adjustable from 0.05 s to 100 s, covering everything from short sequencing delays to longer process holds. Supply voltage is 200-240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz, so it drops straight into standard European and North American control-voltage circuits without a separate transformer. The relay output is rated for a thermal current of 5 A, with switching capacity of 1 A at 24 V, 0.2 A at 125 V, and 0.1 A at 250 V — fine for pilot-duty loads like contactor coils, indicator lamps, or small solenoid valves. Basic insulation and pollution degree 3 mean it's suited for industrial control panels where some conductive dust or humidity is present.
Mounting position is any, which helps when you're retrofitting into a crowded panel. The screw terminals accept 24-16 AWG solid or stranded wire — standard for control wiring. Recovery time is 150 ms, so the relay resets fast enough for cyclic applications like star-delta transition timing. The housing is 91 mm deep, 103 mm tall, and 22.5 mm wide — a standard single-module width that fits alongside contactors and other SIRIUS control gear on the same rail. Clearance around the unit is zero in all directions (0 mm upwards, forwards, backwards, downwards, and at the side), so it can be packed tight without derating.
