What the 3RP1531-2AQ30 is
A SIRIUS 3RP series timing relay in a 22.5 mm DIN-rail housing, 91 mm deep and 103 mm tall, with screw-and-snap mounting to a 35 mm standard rail — the same narrow footprint other 3RP devices use, so it drops into a populated row without disturbing the wiring duct. OFF-delay function, no ON-delay, no pulse-delayed, no pulse-shaping, no star-delta, and no additive ON-delay — a single-purpose drop-out timer that holds the output for the set interval after the control input is removed.
0.5–10 s adjustable range, 24 VDC supply
Adjustable time 0.5... 10 s covers the slow-drop-out band used in conveyor cool-down, fan overrun, and motor-brake sequencing; minimum ON period 35 ms and recovery time 150 ms set the floor on how short a cycle the timer can resolve cleanly.
Contact load: 5 A thermal, derated by voltage
Non-volatile: No — setpoints revert to default after power loss; basic insulation, degree of pollution 3, so the device is rated for industrial cubicle air without unusual creepage extension.
Operating envelope and any-position mounting
Operating range -25... +60 °C, storage and transport -40... +85 °C — covers unheated control rooms and outdoor cabinets in temperate climates; mounting position any, so the timer can be fitted sideways or inverted in shallow panels without affecting the timing accuracy.
