Function and timing range
The 3RP1533-2AP30 is a SIRIUS OFF-delay timing relay in the 22.5 mm DIN-rail housing, with an adjustable timing window of 5–100 s and a minimum ON period of 35 ms. It is not an ON-delay, pulse-delayed, or pulse-shaping function — the timer starts when the control input drops, which matters when sequencing a load after a command is removed. Recovery time is 150 ms, so the relay is ready to accept a new timing cycle about 0.15 s after the previous one ends — a figure to keep in mind on fast-recycle machinery where the OFF period must stay above this floor.
Coil, contacts, and switching envelope
The relay is intended for signal-level and light-pilot loads, not the full 5 A thermal figure across every voltage — derate to the contact rating curve for the actual load voltage.
Footprint, mounting, and environment
The housing is 22.5 mm wide, 103 mm tall, 91 mm deep — a single DIN-rail slot profile suited to the SIRIUS 22.5 mm modular range and snap-on DIN rail. Mounting position is unrestricted with zero clearance required on all four sides, so adjacent relays can sit flush in a dense cabinet. Insulation is basic with pollution degree 3, consistent with standard industrial control-cubicle environments rather than outdoor or high-pollution sites.
