The Siemens 3RQ4118-2AB00 is an output coupler from the SIRIUS 3RQ4 family of narrow-format coupling relays. It takes a 24 V AC/DC control signal and switches a single change-over contact rated for 6 A thermal current. The plug-in relay design means the coil and contact block can be swapped without disturbing the wiring — useful when a relay fails on a live line or you need to change coil voltage without re-terminating. Width is 6.2 mm, which is the narrowest form factor in the SIRIUS coupling relay range. On a crowded DIN rail, that saves space for additional control or isolation slices.
