The Siemens 3RS7000-1AE00 is a SIRIUS single-range signal converter with a 0-10 V input and a 0-10 V output on a single channel. The active design draws 0.29 W and accepts AC/DC supply voltage up to 30 V with a maximum ripple of 20 mV. Input-to-output isolation is galvanic, which means the 0-10 V signal from a PLC analog card stays clean from ground loops or noise picked up on a long field run back to the drive cabinet. Rise time is 6 ms and the limit frequency is 30 Hz, so it tracks process signals without lag on slow loops like temperature or level — not meant for fast motion-control feedback, but fine for the analog setpoint path from a controller to a VFD or valve positioner.
Mounts in any position via snap-on DIN rail (EN 60715). Clearance around the module is zero mm upwards, forwards, backwards, downwards, and at the side — no breathing gap needed, so you can pack adjacent slices tight. The housing is IP20, intended for a clean, dry enclosure, not a washdown zone. Terminals accept 1 x solid 20-14 AWG. The setpoint range at DC and at 50/60 Hz is 0.8 to 1.1 of the rated 24 V input, with a voltage output minimum load of 2 kΩ. A green LED confirms the module is powered.
Dimensions: 93 mm height, 72.5 mm depth, 6.2 mm width. The module is active design, single channel, with no isolation between the inputs or between the outputs — the galvanic barrier is between input and output only.
