SIRIUS S00 power contactor, 24 VDC coil
The 3RT1015-1BN41: The S00 frame keeps the footprint compact at 45 mm wide, 57.5 mm tall, and 72 mm deep — fits standard 35 mm DIN rail per EN 50022, with screw and snap-on mounting. Screw-type terminals on the main circuit accept 2x (0.5...1.5 mm²) solid or 2x (0.75...2.5 mm²) stranded, with a maximum of 2x (0.75...4 mm²). Finger-safe IP20 protection on the front and terminals.
Motor ratings and coordination
For AC-3 motor switching at 400 V, the contactor is rated 3 kW; at 690 V it reaches 4 kW. AC-4 reversing duty at 400 V is rated 6.5 A — relevant for plugging or inching applications where the contactor breaks stalled rotor current. Type 1 coordination requires a 35 A gL/gG fuse; Type 2 coordination needs a 20 A gL/gG fuse. The coil draws 3.3 W holding power, same as pick-up — DC economizer is built in.
Mounting and integration
Snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail per EN 50022. Side-by-side mounting is permitted with 6 mm spacing to adjacent devices. Maximum operating altitude is 2 000 m; ambient temperature range is -25 to +60 °C during operation. Pollution degree 3 (conductive pollution or dry non-conductive that becomes conductive due to condensation) — suitable for industrial control panels where the environment is not climate-controlled.
