It switches motor loads in AC-3 duty up to 3 kW at 400 V, and handles resistive AC-1 loads at 400 V up to 3 kW. The DC switching side covers inductive loads: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.3 A at 220 V. For AC-4 (reversing/plugging) duty at 400 V it carries 6.5 A. The 24 V DC coil draws 2.3 W on closing and holds at 2.3 W — a low-hold design that keeps the control transformer sizing tight. The built-in diode across the coil means you don't need an external flyback diode on the PLC output; just verify polarity before wiring.
Side-by-side mounting is permitted with no derating gap — useful when packing multiple contactors on a DIN rail. Screw terminals on both main and auxiliary circuits accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or max 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²) solid/stranded. AWG equivalents: 2x (20–16), 2x (18–14), 1x 12. The IP20 finger-safe terminal covers mean the contactor can be mounted in open panels where touch-protection is required.
Protection and coordination
For Type 2 coordination (contactor remains usable after clearing the fault) the fuse limit is 20 A.
