The Siemens 3RT1015-2AF04-ZX95 is a SIRIUS-brand power contactor in the S00 frame size, rated for switching motor loads up to 3 kW at 400 V in AC-2 duty and 6.5 A in AC-4 duty. It snaps onto a 35 mm DIN rail per EN 50022 and uses spring-loaded terminals on the main circuit, accepting 2x (0.25 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire. The 45 mm width and 114 mm depth make it a standard panel fit for motor control centers and distribution boards.
The 10 A AC-12 rating governs resistive load switching — that's the maximum continuous current through the main contacts in a non-inductive circuit. For motor duty, the AC-2 rating of 3 kW at 400 V applies to slip-ring motors where the contactor makes and breaks at reduced current; the AC-4 rating of 6.5 A at 400 V covers plugging and inching of squirrel-cage motors, which stresses the contacts harder. The auxiliary contact block handles 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V — these are the switching capacities for control circuits, not continuous carry.
