The Siemens 3RT1015-2AP01-ZX95 is a SIRIUS power contactor in the Size S00 frame, designed for switching motor loads and resistive circuits in control panels. It mounts via screw or snap-on onto 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 50022, which means it integrates directly into a standard DIN-rail enclosure without adaptor plates. The coil is rated for 24 VDC, and the contactor carries DC-1 switching ratings of 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V — so for a 24 VDC control circuit it handles the full rated current, but derates significantly as voltage climbs. For AC motor duty, it is rated 3 kW at 400 V in AC-2 (slip-ring motor starting) and 6.5 A at 400 V in AC-4 (plugging/reversing), which tells you this is sized for small motor loads up to about 4 kW at 690 V.
Termination and Wiring

For Type 2 coordination (contactor remains operational after a fault), the fuse must be gL/gG 20 A. The contactor also carries a degree of pollution 3 rating, meaning it's suited for industrial environments with conductive dust or occasional condensation — typical for a panel-mounted device.

Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C during operation, with a maximum operating altitude of 2 000 m. Side-by-side mounting is permitted, requiring a 6 mm clearance at the side for heat dissipation.
