Part identity and key ratings
Rated for AC-12 duty at 10 A maximum, it handles resistive and transformer-coupled loads cleanly. For motor switching under AC-4 at 400 V, it carries 6.5 A — enough for small reversing or inching applications where the contactor sees full load break every cycle. Spring-loaded terminals accept 2x (0.25 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire, or 2x (24 to 14 AWG). The IP20 finger-safe protection on the front and terminals means it can sit exposed in a panel without additional shrouding.
Side-by-side mounting is permitted with 6 mm spacing at the side, so you can pack several contactors in a row without derating — useful when the panel fill factor is tight.
For Type 1 coordination (contactor may need replacement but the circuit is cleared), the fuse can go up to 35 A. This matters when you're laying out the branch circuit protection for a motor starter combination.
