It mounts via screw and snap-on onto 35 mm DIN rail per EN 50022, and the screw-type terminals accept solid conductors from 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) up to 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²). The coil pulls in at 24 VDC; the contactor is rated for AC-2 duty at 4 kW and AC-4 duty at 8.5 A, both at 400 V.
Duty ratings and coordination
For AC-2 (slip-ring motor switching) the contactor handles 4 kW at 400 V; for AC-4 (plugging/inching) it's rated 8.5 A at 400 V. The DC switching capacity at 24 V is 10 A, dropping to 0.3 A at 220 V. With type of coordination 2, the required fuse is gL/gG 20 A; with type 1 coordination, gL/gG 35 A. Mechanical life is typical 30 million operations.
Panel integration
Side-by-side mounting is permitted with 6 mm spacing at the side. Front and terminal protection is IP20. The Size S00 footprint (45 mm wide × 57.5 mm high × 72 mm deep) fits standard control-panel layouts.
