SIRIUS 3RT1016-1AV61 — 3-pole power contactor, size S00
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT1016-1AV61 is a size S00 power contactor with three normally open main contacts, designed for screw and snap-on mounting onto a 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 50022. Its 24 VDC coil draws a rated operational current of 10 A, making it suitable for switching motor loads in control panels where a compact 45 mm wide footprint is needed. The AC-4 rating at 400 V is 8.5 A, which governs the contactor's capability for reversing or inching duty — the most demanding switching category for AC motor loads. For standard AC-2 motor switching at 400 V, it is rated for 4 kW, and at 500 V it handles 4.5 kW, with a 690 V rating of 5.5 kW.
Termination and wiring
