SIRIUS S00 power contactor — 24 V DC coil, 10 A AC-12
Rated operating range covers -25 to +60 °C, so it handles unheated enclosure corners near a warm bus.
AC-1 / AC-2 / AC-4 — what the duty ratings mean for your load
That's the general-purpose rating for heaters, lighting banks, or transformer primaries where inrush is modest. AC-4 (plugging / inching / reversing) drops to 8.5 A at 400 V, reflecting the higher arcing stress of frequent reversals. If your application cycles a motor in reverse every few seconds, the AC-4 figure governs contact life, not the AC-1 number.
Terminal capacity and coordination
Screw-type terminals accept 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or up to 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²) — solid or stranded. For AWG, that's 2x (20 to 16), 2x (18 to 14), or 1x 12. Type 2 coordination (no-weld) requires a gL/gG 20 A fuse upstream; Type 1 coordination allows a 35 A fuse. The IP20 finger-safe terminals are standard for enclosed panel use.
