Its spring-loaded main circuit terminals accept 2x (0.25 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded wire — no screwdriver torque needed, which speeds up panel wiring and eliminates loose-terminal callbacks. The 45 mm width and snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail (DIN EN 50022) mean it fits a standard 45 mm slot in any control panel.
For motor duty, the AC-4 rating at 400 V is 8.5 A — that's the current it can switch during inching or plug reversing, the hardest thermal cycle for a contactor. The AC-2 rating at 400 V is 4 kW, covering slip-ring motor starting. For resistive or general-purpose loads, AC-12 operating current is 10 A. The coil holds at 48 V, 50/60 Hz (rated values 0.8 to 1.1 at 50 Hz, 0.85 to 1.1 at 60 Hz).
Operating temperature range is -25 to +60 °C, and altitude is rated up to 2 000 m.
