The pickup threshold is 0.85 of rated voltage, so it pulls in reliably at 20.4 VDC. Rated for AC-1 resistive loads at 10 A (24 V) and AC-3 motor switching at 5.5 kW up to 500 V and 690 V. For reversing or plugging duty (AC-4), it handles 8.5 A at 400 V — a figure that governs the real thermal stress in high-cycle applications.
At 45 mm wide and 72 mm deep, this contactor occupies a single 45 mm slot on the DIN rail. Main circuit terminals are screw-type, accepting 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) solid, 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) stranded, or up to 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²) max. AWG equivalents are 2x (20 to 16) and 2x (18 to 14), with a single 12 AWG also accepted.
This lets the panel designer choose the protection philosophy without oversizing.
