SIRIUS 3RT1023-1AP00 — Panel Integration Note
The Siemens 3RT1023-1AP00 is a SIRIUS power contactor in size S0, with three normally open main contacts and zero normally closed main contacts. It mounts via screw and snap-on onto 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 50022, occupying 45 mm of panel width. The front face carries an IP20 rating; the terminal area is rated IP00, so panel builders should account for clearance to live parts during installation.

Switching Ratings and Duty
Rated operational current at AC-12 (resistive load) is 10 A. For motor switching duty, at AC-2 at 400 V the contactor is rated for 4 kW; at AC-4 at 400 V the operational current is 8.5 A. The contactor is designed for 50 Hz supply (rated value 230 V at 50 Hz). DC switching ratings are provided per voltage: 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, 0.3 A at 220 V, 6 A at 230 V, 3 A at 400 V. Motor power ratings at 500 V and 690 V are 4.5 kW and 5.5 kW respectively. The mechanical service life of the contactor is typically 10,000,000 operations.
