The 3RT1023-3AG60: The AC-4 rating of 8.5 A at 400 V is the figure to size by if your motor cycles on-off repeatedly, reverses, or plugs — those operations stress the contacts more than steady running. For across-the-line starting of cage motors (AC-3) you'd use the higher current capability implicit in the AC-2/AC-4 mix; the 4 kW AC-2 rating at 400 V covers slip-ring motor duty. For Type 1 coordination (contactor may need replacement after fault) the fuse can go up to 63 A.
Side-by-side mounting is permitted — no derating gap required. The front face carries IP20 protection; the terminals themselves are rated IP00, so panel builders should allow clearance around live parts.
