The 7.5 kW rating at 500 V and 690 V tells you this contactor is sized for a 10 HP motor on a 480 V system (common North American voltage) or a standard 7.5 kW IEC motor on a 690 V mining/industrial supply. The AC-4 current of 12.5 A is the limiting factor for reversing or jogging applications — that's the current the contacts can interrupt during inching duty without excessive wear. For straight AC-3 starting, the contactor will handle higher currents, but the evidence doesn't list that specific value. The 3-pole NO configuration means it switches all three phases; there's no built-in auxiliary contact, so you'll need a separate 3RT19 block if you want a feedback signal to the PLC.
