Mounting and wiring
The 3RT1024-1AP00-ZX95: Snaps onto 35 mm standard mounting rail per DIN EN 50022, or screw-mount if you prefer. Side-by-side mounting is allowed, with 6 mm spacing to the side. The front is IP20; the terminal area is IP00, so keep live parts behind a panel door or cover. Solid wire sizes accepted: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), max 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²).
Ratings and duty
Rated for AC-2 at 400 V at 5.5 kW, AC-4 at 400 V at 12.5 A. Operating current at AC-12 is 10 A max. Coil holds at 50 Hz, 0.8 to 1.1 times rated voltage. Operating temperature range -25 to +60 °C; maximum altitude 2000 m. Pollution degree 3 — fine for most industrial panels, not for clean-room or sealed environments.
Coordination and protection
With type 2 coordination, use a gL/gG fuse rated 25 A; type 1 coordination allows up to 63 A gL/gG. The contactor itself has no auxiliary or NC contacts — just the three NO main poles. Mechanical endurance is typical 10 million operations.
