The Siemens 3RT1024-1AR64 is a SIRIUS S0-frame power contactor rated for motor switching at 7.5 kW in AC-2 duty at 400 V, and 12.5 A in AC-4 at the same voltage. That AC-2 rating covers wound-rotor motors and slip-ring applications where the load current stays fairly steady during make and break; The AC-12 maximum operating current of 10 A tells you the auxiliary circuit capacity for resistive loads like control transformers or indicator lamps. The S0 frame keeps the width to 45 mm — three contactors fit a 135 mm DIN section, which matters when you're packing multiple motor starts into a standard 600 mm enclosure. Termination is screw-type on the main circuit, accepting 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) solid, 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) stranded, or up to 2x 4 mm² max.
