SIRIUS S0 power contactor — 3RT1024-3AN20
For AC-4 reversing or inching duty, the maximum operating current is 12.5 A at 400 V, which governs the real thermal stress on the contacts during plugging or jogging cycles. The main circuit uses screw-type terminals accepting 2x (0.25 to 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, up to 2x 10 mm² max.
The built-in auxiliary contact block carries 10 A at 24 V, 6 A at 230 V, and 3 A at 400 V — these are the AC-12 resistive load ratings for pilot duty. For DC switching, the contact handles 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V. That DC curve drops fast with voltage because DC arcs sustain longer; at 220 V the contact is limited to 0.3 A, so verify your DC solenoid or indicator load doesn't exceed that.
The 90 mm depth fits standard 100 mm deep enclosures, leaving 10 mm for wiring bend radius behind the contactor.
