SIRIUS 3RT1025-1AB00-ZW95 — panel-builder commissioning notes
Size S0 power contactor with three normally-open main contacts. Coil is 24 V at 50 Hz, operating range 0.8 to 1.1 times rated voltage. Rated for AC-2 duty at 7.5 kW at 400 V, and AC-4 at 15.5 A at 400 V — the AC-4 figure governs reversing or plugging applications where the contactor makes and breaks under load. For motor starting (AC-3), the 400 V rating is 10 kW and at 690 V it reaches 11 kW. Terminals are screw-type on the main circuit, accepting 2x (1 to 2.5 mm²) solid/stranded, up to 2x 10 mm² max. Auxiliary contact ratings cover 24 V at 10 A, 110 V at 1 A, 230 V at 6 A, and 400 V at 3 A — enough for pilot-duty control circuits.
Width is 45 mm, height 85 mm, depth 91 mm — the 91 mm depth is the dimension behind the panel face, so verify enclosure depth if using a shallow gland plate. Front face is IP20, terminals are IP00 (finger-safe only when wired and covered). For type 2 coordination (no-weld fault clearing), use gL/gG fuses rated 25 A. The 6 mm side clearance to adjacent devices is the minimum for airflow; side-by-side mounting is permitted but verify heat rise if the panel is sealed.
