It mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 50022, either snapped on or screwed, and fits a standard panel enclosure with 45 mm width, 85 mm height, and 91 mm depth.
At 500 V the contactor handles 10 kW and at 690 V it handles 11 kW — both under AC-3 duty, the standard for squirrel-cage motors. That fuse choice governs the short-circuit protection of the entire branch.
Mechanical endurance and environmental limits
Rated for 10 million mechanical cycles, so it outlasts most machines in light-duty cycling. Side-by-side mounting is allowed with zero clearance, saving rail space — the 6 mm clearance spec is for the side of the contactor body, not between units.
Wiring and terminal details
Main circuit terminals accept solid conductors: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or max 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²). Stranded conductors: 2x (1 to 2.5 mm²), 2x (2.5 to 6 mm²), or max 2x 10 mm². AWG equivalents: 2x (16 to 12), 2x (14 to 10), or 1x 8. The auxiliary contact block (not included) uses a separate terminal set. Coil draws at 42 V 50 Hz; the operating factor range of 0.8 to 1.1 means the coil holds in at 33.6 V and drops out above 46.2 V — standard for this SIRIUS family.
