Rated for 10 A at 24 V in AC-12 duty (resistive loads), the contactor also handles motor switching: 7.5 kW at 400 V in AC-2 (slip-ring motors) and 15.5 A at 400 V in AC-4 (plugging/inching duty). For higher-voltage applications, it delivers 10 kW at 500 V and 11 kW at 690 V, making it suitable for 400 V and 690 V line supplies common in European and Asian installations.
Coordination and terminal sizing
Screw-type terminals on the main circuit accept 2x (1... 2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, up to 2x 10 mm² maximum. The auxiliary/control circuit terminals accept 2x (0.5... 1.5 mm²) solid, 2x (0.75... 2.5 mm²), or max 2x (0.75... 4 mm²). This covers standard panel wiring from 1.5 mm² control cables up to 10 mm² power feeds. For Type 2 coordination (contactor remains operational after a fault), the fuse must be 25 A gL/gG. These values matter when designing the upstream protection for the motor branch circuit.
The ZX95 suffix indicates a customer-specific variant with a special packaging or documentation mark. Functionally identical to base order code 3RT1025-1AN24.
