AC-4 switching capacity and terminal data
The 3RT1025-1XF44-0LA2: For the demanding AC-4 duty cycle (plugging / inching of motors), the contactor is rated at 15.5 A at 400 V. The main circuit screw terminals accept solid or stranded conductors: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), and up to 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²). The coil draws 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V — these are the holding currents at rated DC voltage.
Mounting and clearances
The contactor occupies a 45 mm width on the DIN rail, with a height of 116 mm and a depth of 150 mm. Side-by-side mounting is permitted without derating. Maintain at least 10 mm clearance upwards, forwards, downwards, and at the sides for heat dissipation and arc containment. Maximum operating altitude is 2 000 m.
