The 3RT1025-3AG14: Rated for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz operation, its core motor ratings are 10 kW at 500 V and 11 kW at 690 V in AC-3 duty, so it handles standard European 400 V and 690 V motor circuits. Auxiliary contact block provides 2 instantaneous contacts, rated 10 A at 24 V, 6 A at 230 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V DC — sufficient for PLC-level control signals or relay interlocking. The main circuit uses screw-type terminals accepting 2x (0.25...2.5 mm²) solid or 2x (1...2.5 mm²) stranded, up to 2x 10 mm² max.
The S0 frame measures 45 mm wide, 85 mm tall, and 140 mm deep, so it occupies a single 45 mm slot on the DIN rail. Side-by-side mounting is permitted with zero clearance on the front side (IP20 finger-safe on front), but requires 6 mm spacing at the side for heat dissipation when mounted in a row. The bottom terminal area is IP00 — keep live parts guarded in the enclosure. Short-circuit coordination is specified for both Type 1 and Type 2: Type 2 requires a gL/gG fuse rated 25 A, Type 1 allows up to 63 A. For high-cycle applications (conveyors, pumps cycling more than once per minute), factor in electrical endurance derating per the load current curve — AC-3 life will be lower than the mechanical figure.
