SIRIUS S0 power contactor for motor loads
The Siemens SIRIUS 3RT1025-3AG20 is a size S0 power contactor rated for AC-3 motor duty at 7.5 kW on 400 V, 10 kW at 500 V, and 11 kW at 690 V. It carries a 10 A rated operational current at AC-12 (resistive) and a 15.5 A rating at AC-4 (inching/plugging) on 400 V. The coil operates on 110 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz with a tolerance band of 0.8...1.1 times the rated voltage. Panel integration is straightforward — fits standard S0 footprint.
Main circuit screw terminals accept 2x (1...2.5 mm²) solid/stranded, 2x (2.5...6 mm²), or max 2x 10 mm². AWG equivalents: 2x (16...12), 2x (14...10), 1x 8. Solid conductor range 2x (0.25...2.5 mm²). The terminals are IP00 at the connection point; the front enclosure is IP20. Side-by-side mounting permitted with zero spacing (0 mm gap) for dense panel layouts.
The mechanical endurance is 10 million switching cycles typical.
