Siemens 3RT1025-3AG60 SIRIUS Power Contactor – S0 Frame, Screw Terminals
Auxiliary contact ratings cover the common control voltages: 10 A at 24 V, 6 A at 230 V, and 3 A at 400 V. The coil operates across 0.8...1.1 × rated voltage at 50 Hz and 0.85...1.1 at 60 Hz, with a rated control supply of 100 V at 50 Hz or 100...110 V at 60 Hz.
Mounting and Integration – DIN Rail, Clearance, and Fill Factor
Side-by-side mounting is permitted, with 6 mm clearance needed at the side for heat dissipation. IP20 on the front, IP00 at the terminals — the contactor is meant for enclosed panels, not open washdown zones. Screw terminals accept 2x (0.25...2.5 mm²) solid or stranded, up to 2x 10 mm² maximum. For AWG, that's 2x (16...12) solid or 2x (14...10) stranded, with a single 8 AWG max. Strip and torque per the nameplate — no special tooling needed beyond a standard screwdriver.
Lifecycle and Sourcing – Active Production, Standard Channel
Short-circuit coordination is specified: type 2 requires a 25 A gL/gG fuse; type 1 allows up to 63 A gL/gG. This matters when the contactor sits upstream of a motor starter — the fuse size determines whether the contactor survives a fault or needs replacement.
