AWG equivalents are 2x (16 to 12) solid, 2x (14 to 10) stranded, or 1x 8. Strip length and torque follow standard Siemens S0 practice. For type 2 coordination (limited overcurrent damage), use a gL/gG fuse rated 25 A. This matters when sizing branch protection in a motor control center.
