Rated for AC-2 duty at 400 V at 7.5 kW and AC-4 at 400 V at 15.5 A, this contactor is sized for motor switching in control panels — think conveyors, pumps, and compressors in a standard industrial enclosure.
Verify your 24 VDC supply can deliver the peak without droop. Main contact configuration is 3 NO, zero NC. If your circuit needs a normally-closed pole on the main path, this isn't the variant — you'd need a 3RT1025 with a different contact arrangement. The S0 frame (65 mm wide, 85 mm tall, 91 mm deep) is a compact footprint for 3-pole contactors up to about 15 kW at 400 V. IP20 on the front (fingertip-safe), IP00 at the terminals — meaning the wiring zone is exposed. Panel builders should cover the terminal area with a finger-safe shroud or keep it behind a locked door.
Main circuit uses screw-type terminals accepting 2x (0.25...2.5 mm²) solid, 2x (1...2.5 mm²) stranded, or up to 2x 10 mm². AWG equivalents: 2x (16...12), 2x (14...10), or 1x 8. Auxiliary and control circuit terminals are spring-loaded, accepting 2x (0.25...1.5 mm²) finely stranded with ferrule, or 2x (24...14) AWG. No screw tightening needed — strip, insert, done.
Coordination and fuse sizing
For type 1 coordination (device may need replacement after fault), fuse up to 63 A gL/gG.
