SIRIUS S0 Power Contactor – 3RT1026-1AN60
Rated for 11 kW at 400 V in AC-2 duty and 11 kW at 500 V / 690 V in AC-3, this contactor handles common 3-phase induction motors up to that power class.
The 45 mm width and 85 mm height fit into the S0 panel cutout common across the SIRIUS 3RT1 series. Depth is 91 mm, which includes the arc chamber and screw terminals — allow clearance for wire bending radius when laying out the gland plate. Screw-type terminals on the main circuit accept solid conductors 2x (0.5…1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75…2.5 mm²), max 2x (0.75…4 mm²), and stranded conductors 2x (1…2.5 mm²), 2x (2.5…6 mm²), max 2x 10 mm². AWG equivalents are 2x (16…12), 2x (14…10), 1x 8. This covers most panel wiring up to 10 mm² without lugging. For washdown or dust environments, plan an enclosure around the panel.
Switching Capability and Coordination
For DC switching, the contactor is rated at 10 A at 24 V, 2 A at 60 V, 1 A at 110 V, and 0.3 A at 220 V — resistive loads assumed. For AC loads, it handles 6 A at 230 V and 3 A at 400 V (likely AC-1 resistive). The AC-12 maximum operating current is 10 A. Type 1 coordination (welding allowed but no fire risk) permits a 100 A gL/gG fuse. These values guide the upstream short-circuit protection selection for the motor branch circuit.
