It carries three normally-open main contacts rated for 11 kW at 400 V in AC-2 duty (slip-ring motor starting) and 15.5 A at 400 V in AC-4 duty (plugging and inching).
The 45 mm width and 85 mm height keep it compact for dense rail layouts. Side-by-side mounting is supported, which means no mandatory spacing between contactors on the same rail.
Termination and wiring
Main and auxiliary circuits use screw-type terminals. The main contacts accept solid or stranded wire: 2x (0.5 to 1.5 mm²), 2x (0.75 to 2.5 mm²), or max 2x (0.75 to 4 mm²). For AWG, that's 2x (16 to 12), 2x (14 to 10), or 1x 8. Auxiliary terminals take 2x (20 to 16), 2x (18 to 14), or 1x 12 AWG. These ranges cover common panel wire sizes without needing terminal reducers.
Protection and coordination
For type 1 coordination (contactor may need replacement after fault), the fuse can be gL/gG 100 A.
The front panel is IP20 (finger-safe), while the terminals are IP00 (no finger protection at the wiring point — panel builders should account for this in enclosure design). The part complies with RoHS substance prohibitance dated July 1, 2006, covering the standard EU RoHS scope.
